Solarpraxis AG Announces Departure of Chief Financial Officer Oliver Ludwigs
Oliver Ludwigs, who has acted as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Solarpraxis AG since 2010, is leaving the post of his own accord on 31.12.2012 to prepare for a new role outside the company. He will remain at the firm until the end of the year to ensure the smooth handover of his duties.
Karl-Heinz Remmers, Chairman and founder of Solarpraxis AG, will continue in his role on the company’s executive board. Jörg Schöner, the present Director of Controlling and Accounting, is set to take over as the new Commercial Director on 1.1.2013.
Solarpraxis AG would like to thank the outgoing Chief Financial Officer for his work during the successful restructuring of the company and the substantial growth experienced over the past three years. The supervisory and executive boards regret, but respect, Ludwigs’ decision and welcome the fact that he will remain on amicable terms with Solarpraxis AG.
