pv magazine named as SNEC platinum media sponsor
pv magazine has been officially named as SNEC 6th (2012) International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference & Exhibition’s platinum media sponsor – the highest level of sponsorship available.
Touted as the world’s second biggest solar industry exhibition, SNEC is scheduled to be held for the sixth time, from May 16 to 18, 2012, at Shanghai’s New International Expo Center in China.
The organizers report that 180,000 visitors from 90 countries flocked to last year’s trade show and conference. Furthermore, a total of 1,838 exhibitors displayed their photovoltaic wares across an exhibition space of 150,000 square meters.
This year’s show is set to be even bigger, with expectations that 200,000 visitors and 2,000 exhibitors will attend the event, which will be spread across a 200,000 square meter exhibition space. A number of conferences will also be held across the two days, which will focus on the latest photovoltaic technologies and industry developments.
